How can you fix my computer without seeing it?

Using a special application called "Logmein" we can connect to your computer over the internet. This is called remote or online support. It makes no difference where you are, as it allows our Technician's to actually see your screen, move your mouse and diagnose anything that may be wrong. Best of all, its a free service to the client and totally Safe to use, since it runs on a 256bit Encryption method.

Are there any risks involved?

Remote servicing is totally safe. Throughout the process you will be able to see exactly what they are doing and where they are operating in your computer. Our remote clients actually find it fascinating and it is surprising how much they learn about their computer just by watching us work on it.

When we connect to your computer, you will see a box appear on screen asking for your permission to allow us to connect. Once the job is finished the technician will disconnect from your computer and cannot reconnect without your approval.
